“At age 18 I moved to Ottawa to pursue my post-secondary education. I graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in human resources, and today I work as a human resources officer for the federal government.”

Through my varsity cheerleading squad.

Active in team sports since childhood, started working out with weights in 1998.
What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
volleyball, bikram yoga, cross country running

compete in an international level competition and be on the cover of Oxygen Magazine
