Here is the beautiful Nella Mechinovic. Born and raised in Stockhom, Nella is a fitness model and light weight bodybuilder. Ms. Mechinovic has been a part of the global fitness community since the year 1998 when she was only 18 years old. Back then , she got her foot in the door by participating in aerobics classes in hopes to tone up her body. She admits that she has always been thin (small) and weak. After going through just about every cardio and aerobics class known, Nella began weight training to get stronger and to see more results with her physique than just doing all that cardio.
Today, Nella Mechinovic is dedicated to fitness, bodybuilding, and competing. She is now in the off season loop where she puts on weight in the off season and trims down or, "cuts up", when it’s time to compete. She admits she puts on too much weight in the offseason which to her is a problem that is not helped by her love for sugary candy.
